Send us your travel details by email, WhatsApp or telephone: pickup and destination, date and time, number of passengers and any particular requirements. You will receive a booking confirmation, or a short list of questions if anything needs clarifying, as quickly as we can turn it around.

There is no single flat answer, because the price depends on the type of journey, the distance, how long the vehicle is required and how many vehicles and drivers are involved. Tell us what you need and you will get an exact calculation and a non-binding offer, at a fixed price with no hidden extras.

Plans change, and we plan for that. Let us know as early as you can and we will accommodate the change wherever it is operationally possible. Short-notice adjustments to timings are normally absorbed without a surcharge.

All of our chauffeurs speak fluent German and English. A Greek-speaking chauffeur is also available. Tell us which language you would prefer when booking and we will assign a driver accordingly.

Every airport transfer is monitored using your flight number, and the pickup follows the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one. Sixty minutes of waiting time after landing are included as standard, so a delay does not become a surcharge.

Yes. We fit certified premium child seats on request, from infant carriers through to booster seats, at no extra charge. Please give your child’s age and weight when booking so the correct seat is installed before pickup.
