Privacy notice
We process personal data exclusively on servers inside the European Union, sparingly and for defined purposes. This website uses no tracking, no advertising networks and no analytics services.

2. What we process
- Contact and enquiry data: name, telephone number, email address and whatever you enter in the form (pickup and destination, date, time, vehicle class, passenger count, flight number, free text).
- Server log data: page requested, time, volume transferred, referrer, browser type and a shortened IP address. This arises technically when the site is accessed.
- Contract data: for a booking, the details needed to carry out and invoice the journey.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry and carrying out the journey: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual steps). Secure and stable operation of the website: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Where you give explicit consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, revocable at any time with future effect. Tax and commercial retention: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Storage location and recipients
The website and form handling run on a provider inside the European Union acting solely as our processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data centres used are located in the EU, are certified to recognised security standards, and encrypt data in transit and at rest. No personal data is transferred to a third country outside the EU or EEA. The provider has no independent right to use your data.
Beyond that we pass on data only where it is necessary to carry out the journey (for example to the assigned chauffeur), where you have consented, or where we are legally obliged to.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than six months after the last contact. Contract and invoice data is retained for the six and ten year periods required by commercial and tax law. Server logs are deleted or anonymised after seven days at most.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Consent once given may be withdrawn at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Simply write to info@renovatio-vip.de.
7. Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.
8. Is providing data required?
Providing your data is neither legally nor contractually required. Without a name, a way to reach you and the journey details, however, we cannot process your enquiry.
9. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
10. Security
Transmission is encrypted throughout using TLS (shown by https:// in the address bar). We apply technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
11. Cookies and local storage
See the cookie policy. In short: no tracking or advertising cookies, so no consent banner is required.
